WebOS/Tizen Simulator - how to achieve fixed viewport in electron?

When using LG WebOS or Samsung Tizen Smart TV simulator, the viewport is always 1920x1080 no matter the window size(720p, 1080p). Im trying to achive that in my simulator but having difficulities.

Any recomnedations or ideas on how they do it? Is it part of electron or are they doing it in JavaScript?

Pics of LG sim and my sim below for comparison, both with 1280x720 window size. You can see that LG has a nice fixed 1920px viewport no matter if running in 1280x720 or 1920x1080, while viewport on my simulator is always dependent on window size.
