Add a column with a default value to an existing table in SQL Server

how to set back my local time (hh/bb/tttt) to default time (dd/mm/yyyy)

for the simple, my default insert type="date" now contains hh/bb/tttt beacuse of my local time(i am indonesian btw), i just want it back to dd/mm/yyyy. how to back it? i've tried everything include reset but they keep the hh/bb/tttt. i don't need my local time, i need the defaault dd/mm/yyyy
