Add a column with a default value to an existing table in SQL Server

How do you remove specific elements from an array and replace it with one element?

I have an array:

[wood, cobblestone, stick, iron, fish]

How do I remove the elements: wood stick and iron from the array and replace it with a new element: pickaxe?

Expected output:

[pickaxe, cobblestone, fish]
