I have a table in a DB table (that's right), I need to retrieve the most recent data from each cell regardless of the row it is in - the report would need to show one row for each account. I am using MS Access Design view, using LAST and MAX and I'm able to get most of the data however I'm having a problem getting the most recent instruction and comment together (I have LAST for both but the query only pulls in the Comment and has the instruction blank) Any help would be greatly appreciated!
