How to return only the Date from a SQL Server DateTime datatype

Web Speech API TTS voice auto-changed to Male voice intermittently during the conversation

I am using Web Speech API for TTS in my javascript desktop app on Chrome (latest version) on Windows 10 Home Edition. It worked well before but a weird thing happens recently: I have configured to use 'Google UK English Female' but at random a male voice comes out during the conversation though the SpeechSynthesisVoice's debug output shows 'Google UK English Female'.

I searched around and tried various things but still hears the strange male voice intermittently, not very often though.

I've found a post that has the same issue, there is no answer in that post: Chrome TTS Voice Alternates Between Female and Male.

Any helps will be greatly appreciated!
