How to reset identity seed after deleting records in SQL Server

Heroku continuous RAM increase and app crashes

I have a web app in the Hobby paid tier with the allocated 512MB and since its latest deployment I constantly have been getting constant raises in RAM usage and crashes.

I have tried increasing the RAM / space using the:

--max_old_space_size=2560

but now the RAM increase beyond previously crashing heights (approx. 300 MB) (after 3 PM)

I have the same application deployed on separate / detached dynos, with same NPM packages, but I do not see any differences and no issues with the identical deployment counterparts...
